Rearing: Stock born and raised in the Pyrénées
Orientales according to APGROLA norms.
Ewes' diet: The ewes roam the meadows and grazing
routes of the farm whenever the weather permits. If necessary
a cereal dietary supplement is provided at the farm.
Lambs' diet: The lambs are raised on their mothers'
milk for at least 70 days. This may be supplemented by 100% vegetable
and mineral feed.
